Spring rated at 207 lbs Each meaning the casters will support up to 828 lbs while providing a smooth shock absorbing ride. The casters are rated up to 3,200 lbs per set of 4. After 828 lbs is exceeded for the set of 4 casters the springs disengage and they will function like a normal set of casters. To maximize the shock absorption capabilities try and keep the total cart or equipment's load under 828 lbs although the casters can hold much more. These casters are very heavy duty, in fact, the same wheels are currently used in many large automotive manufacturing plants with great success. Some applications include, Auto Pallets, Military Equipment, Tractor Pulled Trailers, Tug Carts, Air Cargo and Ground Support, Tow line and Shock load applications, Platform Trucks, Freight Terminal Dollies and more! The wheel we provide is a Red Polyurethane on a Black Cast Iron Core. 3/4" Roller Bearings installed in wheel with 1/2" Spanner Bushings for a smooth ride that can handle tough applications. Double ball bearing with hardened raceways for added strength protection. Heavy duty 1/4" Steel leg thickness for added strength and durability. 1/2" Diameter Zerk Axle with Lock Nut for reliability. Hardware required to mount will be 1/2" Bolts (Not Included). Wheel is crowned for easier push/pull. Durometer of wheel is 95 Shore A +/- 5. Wheel is resistant to most chemicals, oils, acids, grease and water. Non Marking Polyurethane wheel and crowned for added noise reduction. Combined with the spring casters the ride is excellent.
